Abnormal bleeding between & after period
Ive got hysterscopy d&c and biopsy done which says benign tissue and was taking regestrone post it for 21 days after which i got bery heavy snd painful periods. Sgsin took trapic mf trapic 500 and started regestrone for a month as advised. Im not sure why suddenly im taking hormone tabs indefinitely when ive never had issues with period in life. What should be the future course and whether its right yo take regesttone for long duration of tgree to four months. Shouldnt it be taken at intervals

You are 49 years old. Surely you must be having grown up children. I don't know why you had Hysteroscopy, D&C and biopsy done, but it could be due to perimenopausal bleeding.
I think that irrespective of the histopathology report , you should get hysterectomy done. This bleeding following D&C and hormones should be a warning sign. You can't gain much by retaining your uterus but you can lose a lot (definitely your peace of mind ) and you will have to come for repeat check up every 6 months.
