Abnormal behaviour in child

Asked for Male, 16 Years

Last few days observe that he is forgetful, imagining things, hearing voices, selective memory. Child is 16 years old. In his last exams failed in 2 papers, in a state of shock, unable to concentrate. Doesn't remember what he was doing and why.
