Abnormal behavior of my sister

She is 16 years old and she is an average girl she has taken stress of studies and her behavior has changed she is talking much than before she is getting aggressive and as we live live in village if we say something to her she goes away from home to other relatives house and yesterday she was saying that she is having a headache and eyepain
