Abke Blood in motion
Hi Doctor, When ever I pass motion I am able to see blood flow along with it. This won't happen regularly. Like if I have non veg or food from outside I can see this. During this time I can feel very hard stool being passed. I can feel the pain and when I try to flush I can see it will be filled up with blood. Like monthly twice thrice I suffering from this. Not always if I eat outside this will happen. Only 2-3 times. Am literally worried and no idea how to express the same to my family doctor. Please gime better suggestion/advice. Many thanks doctor. Hi there...most probably due to fissures which are secondary to constipation or hard stools...help keep stools soft and improve fissure healing. Fiber-rich foods include fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains. You also can take a fiber supplement. Adding fiber may cause gas and bloating, so increase your intake gradually... Drink adequate fluids. Fluids help prevent constipation...Exercise regularly and Sitz baths after bowel movements and as needed provide significant symptomatic relief because they relieve some of the painful internal sphincter muscle spasm...Consult nearest surgeon once for clinical examination they will guide you further.
