Abdominal Tuberculosis

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I'm on ATT for two months with Rifampin 450, Isoniazid 300, Ethambutol 600 with Pyridoxine 40. I should take R Cinex before food. But today I forgot to take R Cinex before food. So I took it 1hr after food. Is it okay? Will there be any problems?
