Abdominal TB or Crohn's disease
I underwent appendectomy recently in which the tuberculosis was suggestive with negative AFB test. I have had the history of abdominal pain since 4 years. Now there was has been a lump since 6 months recurring again and again in my right lower abdomen even after surgery. I'm unable to pass stools and gas due to obstruction..
