Abdominal stiffness
I am worried of my abdominal stiffness. When I try to press NY abdomen, it pains. I am not married, so no question of pregnancy.. Please help me know what could it be and why is my lower abdomen is stiff. This stiffness actually makes me look obese.

Hi, what is your weight dear. Are you obese. Also if stiffness is persisting, you will require a sonography. I advise you to consult your doctor and get yourself checked
