There's is a lesion in pancreas which needs further evaluation, such as CECT Abdomen. It may or may not be the cause of your abdominal pain and vomiting.
Next Steps
Please visit a surgeon, who can first of all evaluate and treat your pain and vomiting, and then suggest further tests to diagnose pancreatic lesion
