Abdominal pain
Didn't have my monthly for three months. Took pregnancy test came back negative. Started back having sex with my husband and I end up having bad sharp pains in lower belly during sex. Now my monthly period I bleed bad even walking to bathroom I bleed down my legs and on floor and when I clean up it's dark red clots that exit ...what can this be?

You need to get an ultrasound done,as it might be some pathology like fibroid pco
