Abdominal cramps
Hi, I had unprotected sex this past weekend and the weekend before. Both times we used the pull out method but but I'm positive that sperm was insterted in me by fingers this past time. 8 have two ovulation trackers and one says my ovulation week was the 2nd- 8th of this month the other says my ovulation day was on the 9th. I'm having pains that feel like I have been doing sit-ups in my lower abdomen & when I sneeze I get a pain. What could this mean? Could I be pregnant? I feel like it's extreamly early to find out, I'm just paranoid from these cramps.

As you said it is extremely early to determine whether you are pregnant or not. As you had unprotected sex with natural methods of birth control, chances of failure of this method is very likely. Moreover your ovulation timing corresponds with the exact time of the unprotected coitus. So just wait for your periods during the expected time. If you miss this cycle get a home urine pregnancy test and consult your gynaecologist. Regarding cramps these can be either pre menstrual or implantation pain.
