Abdominal/colon problem
So for the past year or so ive had trouble going to the bathroom. I often have severe painful urges to poop and when pooping it often hurts my lowe abdomin/colon. This often happens first thing in the morning after eating or drinking something. If u can help me then thanks

Dear miss it looks like u R having hard stools which might be bcoz of low oral fluids.
Other common cause is low or no fibre in diet
In spite of correction of adequate fluids and fibre for a 1-2 months and it is really troubling / affect daily activities and work then see a general or colorectal or Gastro Surgeon.
