Abdominal bloating, Whole body pains
Hi doctor, From past 1 1/2 year I have been suffering with severe abdominal bloating, constipation, whole body pains & multiple changes in the body. To let you know my weight is constant and I am not loosing or gaining weight. I undergone several tests like endoscopy where it shows multiple erosion's in stomach, ultrasound was normal, liver function test was normal, thyroid also normal, vitamin-d arounr 27.89 ng/mL, vitamin b12 is also normal & all arthritis related tests are negative. I have severe pain in back, neck & in finger joints of both hands & legs. As well as I have dry eyes. I got lot of pimples on face as well. My skin got dry & itching in some areas. Acid reflux as well. This all started after I joined gym. During initial days it was nice & on some day I fainted. I think after this all the problems got started. Till now unable to identify the root cause. Please help me what could be my problem. I also want to live a normal life like others without all this problems

Hi..... Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals..... Exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed.....
