It seems that the stress you've experienced has taken a toll on your body, leading to increased belly fat and decreased muscle mass. While stress is a normal part of life, finding healthy ways to cope is important. One suggestion is to start incorporating regular physical activity into your routine, even if it's just going for walks. Exercise not only helps with weight loss but also can be beneficial for managing stress. Additionally, seeking therapy can provide you with tools and strategies to better cope with stress. Mind Sculpt, my company, offers online therapy sessions that can support you in developing healthier habits for both your physical and mental well-being.
