  4. Abdomenal pain. Go for any painkillers?

Abdomenal pain
I have encountered mild to severe discomfort in the right lower abdomenal area. Their is a slight continuous pain since afternoon , moreover i havn't taken any medication for the same.. Is their any home remedy which can give me relief or should o go for any painkillers? This might be an issue of gas.. Please help

Take Drotin -M 1 BD x 3-4 If it persists or fever / vomiting / nausea comes  than go for USG abdomen Thanks
