Hello well it's quite possible that the pain would be due to some sort of in digestion I would suggest you to consume around the 2 3 glass of water right away slowly one by one and also try to lie down for some time. you can probably take antispasmodic like meftal spas for the pain and even after 45 hours if the symptoms doesn't subside then meet a surgeon... thank you
