I and my gf hd sex on 17 march or she has taken unwanted 72 pill on 18 march 5 days before period now she has only periods only for one day is she pregnant and she has abdominal pain since after that now she had a headache kindly help with your suggestion

Do a pregnancy test as soon as she misses her periods.
If it's negative, nothing to worry.
Abdominal pain is a side effect of i pill.
