Abdomen pain and back pain
I'm suffering right side abdominal pain and back pain. In my ultrasound report has mentioned only 2.3 mm concertion in lower polar calyx in right renal.

Get a repeat imaging or better get a ct scan. A 2.3 mm concretion will seldom pain. A missed ureteric calculus is a more probable cause.
