Abdomen and testicle pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have sharp pain in lower right abdomen and i have slightly pain in my right testicle.. The right testicle is bigger(may be its swallon i dont know ) and hangs lower than tha left.. What is the problem and solution

Since how long do you have symptoms? Any urinary symptoms? We need to evaluate and examine you to find the cause for pain. Have to rule out stone disease. USG scan of abdomen is essential
