  4. Abdnominal pain. In pain what do i do?

I am 14, about 3 days ago I had a very bad cold and it led to gas all day, then the next day I started having abdominal pain, I’ve also had a loss of appetite I can barely eat, and then I woke up with diarrhea in the middle of the night. I am really in pain what do I do?
