B complex can be difficult to digest. Always take that after food with one glass of water so that it doesn't stick to the throat and actually goes to the stomach. Avoid taking it at night. What generally happens is we take the pill with one sip of water and then lay down. By this, the medicine doesn't really reach the stomach. The only issue that you can have with it is of acidity, it's called pill esophagitis.
