A sudden ache in right ear

Asked for Male, 27 Years

A sudden ache begun in my right ear last night it's really panning a lot. I went for a doctor at night but I didn't get it.so I took a tablet pain killer naming combiflam so that I could get some relief at night while sleeping now it's morning and some liquid is flowing out of my ear continuously I don't know what to do so need a physician..
