A strange type of mole on chin
Approx two months ago she noticed three strange pimples appearing at a small distance from each other on her left side of chin. Later they clubbed together and formed a bigger and strange looking grey coloured mole. Today it is changing the form again and we can see brush kind of strange hair in it.

Can you please advice what exactly it is and how can we get rid of it.
