A small lump in the labia majora

Asked for Female, 20 Years

There's this small hardened lump in the right labia major (Not sure if that's the exact name) since 2 days. It's very small and a little painful when i touch. I think it ruptured today by accident. I'm diagnosed with PCOD and is under ayurveda treatment. Does that rupture cause infection? Should I take any antibiotics? Please help
