Seeing blood during early pregnancy — even in small amounts — should always be evaluated carefully, as it can occur due to implantation bleeding, cervical irritation, or early signs of threatened miscarriage. Since you are around 3 months pregnant, it’s very important to get: An urgent ultrasound to confirm fetal heartbeat and placental position. A urine and blood test to check hormone (β-hCG, progesterone) levels. Complete bed rest until bleeding completely stops. Avoid intercourse, heavy work, and long travel. Most cases settle with hormonal support (like Dydrogesterone or Progesterone injections) once evaluated on time — so don’t panic but don’t delay either. For quick guidance and a personalized treatment plan to protect your pregnancy, message me directly on WhatsApp at nine three two six zero two zero five nine six for immediate consultation.
