Tentorium and inter hemispheric fissure appearing hyper dense may not represent bleed, just a stagnant mood flow in sinus -which may be normal.
Next Steps
Ideally needs a Brain MRI if child still has seizures. Hope the metabolic factors are all normal for causing seizures
