There is a lump or something developing on my foreskin observed when the skin is pulled back. It is developing since 2 years but it stopped growing in size after certain time. I'm feeling it normal but when erection occurs the lump stands between the glans penis and pulled back foreskin. I wanted to know what is happening and how to reduced it.
