A lump in the breast of an 85 years old
Asymmetry with architectural distortion and prominent ducts with mobile echoes is noted in the left breast, inferiorly. A small focal cystic to hypoechoic lesion is seen in the left breast inferiorly.
The possibility of malignancy {(inflammatory/lobular) cannot be ruled out.
Pain in the region of tumor.
Please suggest what should be done.
