A liquid gets out after I urine and sit

Asked for Male, 16 Years

Every time I urinate and come and sit anywhere , a liquid gets out of my penis . I don't know what is that liquid . But when it gets out my penis sticks to my underwear. It is happening to me since 1 month. And I am becoming weak. Please help
