A deep cut on penis skin
One week ago during my honeymoon days of intercourse i had
injured my penis with a deep cut off skin and had a lot of bleeding!
today after one week i tried having sex the cut still exists and hurting me during sex!
please help !

Sex for first few times does cause penile and vaginal tears. This is normal
But one must allow it to heal before making more attempts
If not healed it may require antibiotic too

Visit dermatologist and show him the affected site. doctors may give you a course of antibiotics and local cream

Use lots of lubrication at sex.
Also wearing a condom may also protect the injured part.
At foreplay arouse your partner by various means including clitoris massage
This will improve lubrication in vagina and prevent such hurts from happening again
