A cyst between testis and anus.

A cyst between testis and anus. It is painful. 6 month ago I take consultant of urologists. They given some medicine. Then I relax. Doctor say puss make inside the cyst. Who is the reason of pain. This time I suffer same as previous condition. Pleas advise me som medicine
