A burning sensation in urethra/penis.

I have some uncomplicated problem. I did not understand about this problem , from past i tell my all symptoms. Before 20-25 days back i have some flank pain, frequent urination i can hold urine, like both side flank pain, right leg cramps all the time. I done my ultrasound and urine test and culture test is normal. After taking some antibiotics i recover, from leg cramp & bladder pain. But i cant recover from frequent urination. But from few days i feel burning sensation in penis after i left my antibiotics with in 24 hrs i have right leg cramp started. I did not find the cause why its happening. I feel burning sensation in the penis after urination. So pls help me doctor. Iam requesting to help me pls. In my city there was a no urologist doctor was there. My number Eight five nine seven five three three five six four. Kindly help me.
