A bite of some insect

Asked for Male, 28 Years

First day it created a ring like shape which burns and painful. Wasn't itching. Then a circle created some blisters which bursted on third day. On that day I found another bigger circle around it. I consulted with a skin doctor who gave me azithromicin. Pain is gone, a scar left. Can it be tsetse bite or lyme infection

It is known as Pedrous dermatitis. Use steroid and antibiotic combination cream over affected area for one week.
