A 1Month old stray puppy scratch
A 1 month old stray puppy scratched my brother while waiting downstairs. He was unaware of the pup advancing so he's not sure if it was by teeth or nails that he got the scratch. A tiny bead sized cut happened and a little drop of blood came.
As a first step of first aid, we cleaned it with soap and applied dettol. There was no blood after that.
The said puppy has certain skin infections, but other than that, it looks healthy.
Should I get him ARV shot?
