9th month's sugar
My sugar level is 148 in 9th month's pregnancy. Will it affect baby? How can it be reduced? Please suggest.

Thank you for your question. You need to be under the care of a specialist obstetrician and diabetologist. Raised blood sugar in pregnancy is not safe for the baby or for you. There are strict guidelines on managing the condition to ensure the best outcome for both of you. Please do not self manage. See your doctor soon and if they don't take it seriously find another doctor who does preferably one attached to a hospital with access to a physician (MD) and neonatologist with intensive care facilities at hand.
