Just 8th month pregnancy started I feel tummy tight and pressure in abdomen it is normal or should I see doctor immediately kindly suggest and I have frequent urination

You should consult to your regular obstetrician. And as of frequent urination is common, as baby increase in size there is less space to expand bladder and store urine.
