87 year of chronic diabetes leg pain
My dad, 87 years old is of late having a severe leg pain and cramps. He has been diabetic for about 30 years and has been taking insulin injections. Need help in pain management.

There can be multiple reasons for the leg pains. You should ensure that his sugars are normal. You may need to rule out peripheral vascular disease. Its not a good idea to keep giving pain killers. You may add calcium and vit d3. you may consider giving him vit e and L carnitine
