8 months pregnancy vomit lose motions
Good Morning Dr. 🙏🏻
My wife is 8 months pregnant.
Actually she have 3 times vomit and 2 Times loose motions since yesterday....so I am afraid of felling symptoms like diarrhea?
She have taken some outside food on before 2-3 days on Wednesday ,so could be some food infection?
Her digestive system is not working well since yesterday , whenever she try to eat anything after some time she felt like vomiting.
So kindly suggest some prescription, as my digestive system seems week facing problem of vomit and loose motions, considering her 8 months pregnancy.

Good morning..
yes could be food poisoning.
Ask her to take plenty of oral fluids like ORS sachets, coconut water and water 2-3 litres per day.
Eat curd rice .
Watch for fetal movements
Next Steps
- Tab. Zofer 4mg twice daily before food for 3 days
- Tab. Sporolac DS three times daily after food for 3 days
-If not reduced please take her to hospital , IV fluids will be given .
