8-10 pus cells in urine test

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I m pregnant of 6 months, felt a strong pain in right lower back went to the doctor who diagnosed after urine test that zi have 8-10 cells of pus in my uterus and might be due to this infection my baby and placenta is too low as well. is it something to worry about? please advise
