7.7 mm Calculus in VUJ
Hello ,my ultrasound report of left kidney shows dilated pelvicalyceal system and proximal ureter. A 7.7 mm calculus is noted in VUJ. Can it be treated with homeopathic medicine or need surgery?

Treatment of for stone depends on size location and hounsefield units For ureteric calculi size< 5 mm can be managed conservatively Size > 6 mm require uretersocopy in more than 50-60 percent of patients Uretersocopy is required
