My wife is 7.5 months pregnant. GTT was done which showed 155 sugar. After that next tests were done as FBS 96 , PP 156 & HbA1C 5.5% . Can dietary measures and walking exercise control it? or is medication the only option?

If disciplined, medications can be avoided. If sugars are on higher side, then 38 weeks is the cut off. after that, delivery should be planned.
