Hi , recently experienced pain on the right side of the back , got CT done. A 6*5.5 mm stone shows in Right proximal Ureter causing mild hydroureteronephrosis. Can this pass out naturally ? Taking urimax 0.4 at night.
Also , thinking to go for ESWL , does that work if stone comes at distal position in Ureter ? I don't want to go for surgery.
Also , learning about ESWL machines best ones ( Dornier 2,3 ) available in govt hospitals..does it matter?
