My father is 67 years old.
Was in apollo for 3 days and discharged 2 days back on 10th June
Complaints were: Involuntary faecal inconsistence and too much fatigue. He was not able to get up also
Critical values while discharge:
Creatinine: 2.1
Potassium: 5.1
Sodium: 146mmol/L
Urea: 75mg/dL
Haemoglobin: 10.5 g/dl
He was treated with Nephrophatic drugs, antacids, hyperkalaemia.
Later shortness of breath & motions were controlled. But fatigue is still existing. He is not even able to get up by his own. He is talking as usual and cracking jokes also. But not able to get up from the bed without support from me even 2 days after hospital discharge.
Kindly suggest how to take this forward.
