Exactly 6 weeks after the baby is born. For example if a baby is born on Monday, then consider it as zero and weekly the coming Mondays as 1st, 2nd, 3rd.... So the 6th Monday the baby should ideally receive the vaccine. If that day is missed due to certain circumstances, then the baby should receive the vaccination as early as possible on the following dates.
