6 weeks baby put pressure while pooping
My baby is 6 weeks 4 days old. Recently he has started putting a lot of pressure while passing stool and gas.
He is a gassy baby too. We put hing around his navel for gas relief . Doc has suggested colic aid for gas but it didn't help much with gas.
Coming to his issue while passing stool and gas, People near me has suggested to drink more water so that baby can pass stool easily (I already drink 3-4 Ltrs
A day) . Even while sleeping he makes sound like he wants to pass gas or stool . I helped him by cycling his legs and folding legs upwards which helped he passed stool but again he started making same sound and putting pressure. Btw he passed stool once or twice in a day.

You have to breat feed the baby followed by burping for 20 minutes. Thank you
