6 months old bad constipation
Hi , My 6 months old dd has just started eating solids ( apple, pear,carrot) and since 4 days baby is badly constipated ( stool is very hard like sheep/ goat stool with blood stains). Giving papaya also not helping... doctor has advised to give ezlax 1/2 sachet with 30 ml water daily only on sos ... is there any other way!! Please help

Apple, pear and carrot are all constipating foods. Give only one item out of these in a day. Increase water and fibre intake. You can use a laxative to help soften stools until then
