6 months old baby diarrhoea

My 6 months old baby is suffering from diarrhoea from past 10-15 hrs. She is having slight fever as well. Not sure if this is due to the teething process. Please suggest.

Hi. Diarrhea is common in infants esp summer season. This is due to infection commonly by viruses. More common during teething as they keep all things in their mouth. If you are giving bottle feeding, stop it. Pls continue breast feeding. Pls give small amounts of ORS (200 ml drinking water +1 tsp sugar +1 pinch of salt). Eg 2 tsp every 10 min. Kindly see a nearby Pediatrician for further treatment.
