5.5mnth baby Loose stools last 1.5months

I really need help on this. My baby is 5.5 months old and she passes loose stools while feeds. In the middle of every meal she poops. This has been happening from past 1.5months. I have done almost all the test. Stool RM, Stool Reducing Substance came normal. The consistency of the stool is extremely watery. Baby weight is not getting increased. Weight is 7kg. I am really worried. I have done an entire course of econorm, enterogermina, zinc,zifi,vezylac gg. I have given all. Shown to 5-6 doctors. Pls guide.

No bottle feeding, if at all going on
Nothing to do if child is gaining weight
Child at this age can pass motion 6 to 10 times a day too
