My son 4months old From tonight He has cough with mucus and cold with blocked nose He is on Breast Feed Please suggest Thanks in advance

Instill nasal saline drops to relieve nasal block... If cough is not much then wait for it...

Coughing occasionally is normal.
Next Steps
Use saline nasal drops (1 drop) if nose block and clean the nose. If baby is not feeding well, baby as fast breathing then meet a paediatrician immediately.
