4 Weeks of Diarrhoea
Meet a gynae for irregular period + weird smelling discharge. Did a Pap smear with HPV and blood test to check for chlamydia. Gynae prescribe 2-weeks Neo-penotran & 3-days doses Azithromycin (both to clear any bacteria that may cause discharge). She also gave folic acid. 2 days after finishing the Azithromycin dosage, I began have bad cramps on my right (below ribcage area) leading to my back, sharp needle-like pain in lower right of pelvic and acid reflux. Also began having diarrhoea 4-6 times a day, and occasionally vomiting. It's the 4th week of diarrhoea now, and I was admitted to SGH last week but doctor believes that this has no association to gynae but not digestive-related issue. I have a referral letter from hospital but am unsure which specialist to visit.
