4 times misscarry
I have married my mama son's.now my age 27 my hubby age 32. We got married in 2014 dec. 1.2015 April pregnancy confirmed and after that we went first scan in may . Doc said no heartbeat fetus.(no Suger no bp no thyroid) 2.july 2015 conceived August scan same result.this time doc prescribed small dose of aspirin some hormonal tablet s and injectors weekly. 3.oct 2015 conceived and November scan same no fetus heart beat. 4. March 2016 conceived April scan again miscarry .this also keep some tablets in vegina daily including every day some injection s. So we taken karyotype test both results good. Female patner sickycell test results positive (carrier) ANA test positive female How can we proceed .is there any chance to successful pregnancy.. Pls suggest.

Hi, practo user,  as you r ana positive , have you been through all tests of apla, anti cardiolipin, anti thromboplastin ab etc?? If all r normal , start with ecosprin 75 mg and also sometimes in yout case low molecular wt heparin also.

Hello.....miscarriage is commonly seen in ANA positive woman... She should also be checked for lupus... Low dose aspirin and low dose steroids are used in such cases... Since it's autoimmune condition nothing much can be done in pregnancy. Consult rhumatologist....
